Contest Restrictions:
1. WFXY and WQJM will announce the required times to call in to be registered.
WFXY 9:25am, 2:25pm, and 4:25pm
WQJM 9:25am, 11:25am, 2:25pm and 4:25PM
2. The first caller that gives us the phrase “I love Hidden Mountain Resort” will be registered if they qualify with the required age and valid credit card. Must say the phrase correctly no variations will be accepted.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Reservation is required by the winner based on the availability of dates that don’t fall on the blackout dates such as Holidays etc. Must be used by May 21st, 2025.
5. Radio Stations WFXY, WQJM Penelope Media and Hidden Mountain Resorts assume no liability during this promotion.
6. Additional instructions can be obtained by calling the office between 10am and 4pm Monday through Friday at 606-248-9399
7. The winner will have to be 21 years old.
You do have to be 21 years old to check in at Hidden Mountain.
8. Winner will need to present a credit card when they check in. They will not be charged for anything so long as they don’t damage the cabin.
9. Hidden Mountain Resort would be happy to extend the usage dates. They can use their stay until May 21st, 2025 of course excluding blackout dates. (July, October, holidays and holiday weekends).
10. Depending on the cabin they choose there will be a limited number of people who can stay. Some of the one bedrooms have a maximum of two people, while other cabins have a pullout couch where a couple of children could sleep for a total of four.
11. Winner of the contest will get a gift certificate for $350 and need to select a cabin that is $175 per night or less in order for the certificate to cover everything. If the Winner want to move up to a little larger cabin and add their own money can be accepted. They can also extend their stay if they like, but of course they would be responsible for the additional days beyond the two that we’re giving away.
12. All other rules and instructions of Hidden Mountain Resort will be covered with the Winner upon the check-in process. Hidden Mountain Resort office is open 24 Hours most days.
Release Waiver.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE RADIO STATIONS WFXY, WQJM PENELOPE MEDIA GROUP, SPONSORS AND HIDDEN MOUNTAIN RESORTS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR PAST, PRESENT, OR FUTURE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY. BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
